- Tap the Notification: The portal will now open or you will recieve a notification link – simply tap the notification or link, and you’ll be directed to the portal.
Further Instructions
For iPhone Users:
- iPhone XS and newer: Your phone has NFC scanning built right in! Simply unlock your phone, hold it near the NFC tag (usually marked on the product), and a notification will pop up. Tap the notification to open the content.
- iPhone 7, 8, X: You’ll need to use Control Center. Swipe down, tap the NFC icon, and hold your phone near the NFC tag to scan.
- iPhone 6 and older: Unfortunately, these models don’t support NFC scanning.
For Android Users:
- Most modern Android devices: NFC scanning is automatic! Unlock your phone, hold it close to the NFC tag on the product, and a link will appear. Tap the link to access the experience.
- If no notification appears: Check that NFC is enabled. Go to Settings > Connections (or Wireless & Networks) > Enable NFC, then scan again.
